Somehow Beth manages not to laugh, manages not to tell Nate it's been pretty obvious for a little while that he's in love with Chloe, but she does tilt her head up to look at him, her cheek resting against his shoulder. It won't help him much for her to laugh now, even if she does think it's been obvious, because Chloe is still hurt and Nate is still struggling and the only thing Beth wants is for him to be happy.
So she shrugs when he asks what he's supposed to do with something like that and says, "You just feel it. You just love her."
