"Chuck Hansen, gonna be uncomfortable everywhere," she teases, although she doesn't really believe that at all. Unlike her, though, he hadn't had a normal world, in the sense that Darrow is normal anyway. Beth can remember a time before the walkers, but Chuck has never had anything but the kaiju attacking and she can understand how it would be more difficult for him to adjust than it is for her.

"Just do it," she suggests as she pulls into the parking lot and then steers toward the back end of the lot. "Sell it and find yourself somewhere smaller. The only way you'll know is if you test it out, right? And it's not like you're gonna make it worse."
