"I am," Jason says and starts to ask about protection and the like but holds off. Not because he doesn't want to use it but because he wants to build up to needing it. He's just gotten her clothes off and they've kissed a little so there's plenty of time to get to what he thinks is going to be sex.

She still has time to change her mind and he's still absolutely fine if she does but they can take their time. No one is going to burst in her door to try and take him away so he doesn't have to rush it.
