She thinks of the other boyfriends she's had -- and it's still weird to apply the word boyfriend to Daryl -- and she thinks maybe Michonne is right. Jimmy and Zach had always sort of acted like they knew what they were doing, but they hadn't. Chuck, she thinks, had worried, and he'd been good to her. Daryl, she knows worries.

"Yeah," she says. "Daryl told Rick and I told Carl. Pretty sure there was a second or two when Carl's head was in real danger of explodin'." She grins. "I think Rick took it pretty well, though. Figure I'd've heard about it if not."
