"Nah," she says softly, because she really doesn't want to anyway. Having everyone over, having a big gathering, that's the entire point of Christmas and Beth doesn't want to miss out on it because they're in Darrow. It won't be the same but she's not expecting it to be like how things were on the farm. Darrow is something else entirely and she wants to make new traditions with the people who are here instead of trying to cling to something that's long gone. It doesn't mean she's going to forget the people who aren't here, it just means she wants to make something new.

"I don't know what you're talkin' about," she continues with a laugh. "It's a lot easier to get a kitten into an apartment than it is a piano. Plus, I didn't need to sneak this morning at all, you slept right through me gettin' up and gettin' dressed and everything."
